What is your return policy for online orders?

We offer a 60-day return window for unworn and unwashed items with original tags attached. Returns can be initiated through our online portal for a flat processing fee, or returned to a participating retail store for free.

How long does shipping typically take?

Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days. We also offer Expedited (2-3 business days) and Overnight shipping options for those who need their orders sooner.

Are Dockers® products sustainably made?

Yes, many of our products feature Water<Less® technology, which reduces water consumption during the manufacturing process, and we increasingly use recycled fibers and sustainably sourced cotton.

Can I track my order once it has been placed?
