Items purchased online can be easily returned via our mail-in portal or at any participating Dockers® retail location.

Select your preferred return method to generate a prepaid shipping label or a QR code for printerless drop-off.

Package Your Items

Place the items in their original packaging or a secure box, ensuring all original tags are included, and affix the shipping label to the outside.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
